I started my professional journey as an intern in what was then considered the top-tier law firm in the field of insolvency and corporate recovery. I then worked as a lawyer and certified public accountant in the largest tax department in Israel, of one of the Big 4 offices, where I belonged to a team that specialized in mergers and acquisitions. After that, I have worked in a small tax department of a very large commercial law firm in Israel as well as in a leading boutique law firm in the field of tax litigation.
In recent years, I have worked on a variety of tax issues as well as in other legal areas, including representation in commercial and shareholders disputes cases and appeals in the courts.
I was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2008 and I am a licensed accountant and a member of the Institution of Certified Public Accountants in Israel from 2010.
I hold an LLB and a Bachelor of Economics degree, both from Bar-Ilan University, as well as a Masters of Laws from UNSW Sydney, in the specializations of "Taxation" and "Corporates, Commercial Law and Taxation" (Distinction).
